Office Policies

  • We are a rheumatology practice only. All patients must have a primary care physician for his or her non-rheumatology needs.
  • One of our highest priorities will be to not keep you waiting. Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your appointment to complete any necessary paperwork.
  • Cancellations must be made 48 hours prior to your appointment time or a late fee of $25.00 will be charged.
  • Please call your pharmacy first for prescription refills. They will then notify us if necessary.
  • Exceptions include medication needing a written prescription or scripts filled by mail-order pharmacies.

Insurance Information

  • Please bring ID and your insurance card with you to all appointments.
  • We will bill your insurance company for charges related to your visit
  • If you have any questions or concerns about your insurance, billing or payment policies, please ask for Laura in our Insurance and Billing Department.
  • Most insurances accepted.

Co-payment, co-insurance, and deductibles must be paid at the time of your appointment.
